Big weekend for the team. The cat 3 boys did the saturday road race with the pro 1/2 field and survived a grueling 70 mile race to finish right at the front. On sunday they controlled the entire race and finished an impressive 2nd and 3rd. The highlight of the weekend came on sunday though when team captain kurt phillips and a zmotion rider attacked with 10 laps to go and rode away from the field. Kurt finished second in the best race of his comeback to date. Kevin Parker rode an amazing team race helping to set up kurt for his big attack. Kevin finished 15th himself--not bad! Thanks to Vance James for showing up both days to root the team on and coach!
